Job summary

Thrive Englewood in Englewood, CO is seeking a full-time ECE Preschool Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher and implement inquiry-based activities with young children.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in development and implementation of inquiry-based curriculum and projects.
• Cultivate a learning environment that supports diverse learning needs.
• Enforce classroom rules to maintain safety and order.
• Conduct ongoing observation, assessment, and documentation of learning.
• Support families as partners in their child's learning.
• Plan for equipment and supplies with program staff.
• Attend training opportunities and staff meetings.
• Perform other tasks as needed by the program director.
