Job summary

Bright Horizons is hiring full-time Teachers to work with toddlers in a California early education setting. You’ll design hands-on activities, communicate progress with families, and maintain a safe, clean classroom in line with Bright Horizons policies.

Eligible candidates can pursue CDA or college degrees at no cost through the Horizons CDA & Degree Program, with potential for career growth and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) is required.
• Transcripts will be required at time of hire.
• CD A/degree pathway and related coursework are valued but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
