Requirements:

1. Level 2 Background Check
2. 45 hours from DCF (Deal-Breaker)
3. Minimum 1 year experience required in Early Childhood Education Setting

Responsibilities:

1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan based on the Goddard Philosophy
2. Prove to be reliable, dependable, and on-time.
3. Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions
4. Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information.
5. Maintain an open line of communication with the Directors and Owner.
6. Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.
7. Feel comfortable and safe working in our clean, state-of-the-art facilities with strict health and safety guidelines
8. Feel a sense of accomplishment as you hear the laughter and experience the wonder of children participating in activities you planned
9. Observe children’s interests and work with other teachers to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum
10. Engage with other early childhood professionals and continue to grow in your profession

Skills:
