Job summary

The Learning Experience in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to support children aged 12–24 months with nurturing care, structured routines, and engaging learning activities.

Responsibilities include active supervision, health and safety compliance, and implementing the LEAP curriculum while fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Strong teamwork and reliable attendance are essential for a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with toddlers 12–24 months preferred.
• Florida DCF 45-hour training completed or actively working toward completion within required timelines.
• CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credentials preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of Florida childcare licensing, health, and safety standards.

Position Overview

Compensation

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
