YMCA of Collier County is seeking an Early Learning Teacher to shape young minds with engaging curriculum and structured daily schedules. You will lead a nurturing classroom, monitor child development, and celebrate milestones, while building strong partnerships with parents and the broader team.

The role requires a degree in early childhood education or equivalent, plus CPR and First Aid certifications and at least 2 years of classroom experience. Monday–Friday, no weekends, with varied shifts.

  • 2’s Toddler Teacher
Operating Hours:
  • Monday – Friday (No weekends)
  • 7am- 6pm (Hiring all different shifts)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the captain of classroom management, ensuring smooth sailing for all.
  • Keep a keen eye on children's development and milestones, celebrating their achievements every step of the way.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, keeping them in the loop and spreading smiles with good news.
  • Embrace every opportunity to learn, grow, and make magic happen.
Qualifications for Adventure:
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent credentials that showcase your passion for little learners.
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and a heart bursting with love for children.
