Exploring Minds Academy is seeking a passionate Toddler Assistant Teacher in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will support lead teachers in nurturing and developing toddlers through age-appropriate activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and engaging environment, assisting with daily routines, and communicating effectively with parents. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
