Job summary

The Learning Experience in Briarcliff, AR is hiring a full-time Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing learning environment for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. You will implement the LEAP Curriculum® and guide less experienced teachers.

The role requires 1 year of teaching experience (6 months minimum) and an associate degree or CDA in ECE; CPR/First Aid certification preferred. We offer health and vision insurance, 401(k) and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the classroom, maintaining a safe, nurturing, engaging learning environment.
• Lead teachers coach and mentor less experienced staff; provide feedback.
• Implement The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P Curriculum® to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress via apps and personal discussions.
• Support enrollment and engagement goals with center staff and leadership.

Education
