Toddler Teacher – Paragon Prep. Paragon Prep has delivered a rigorous and nurturing environment to students PK‑8th grade since 1997. As a Toddler Teacher at Paragon Prep, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children ages 12–24 months can learn, grow, and thrive. This role leads all aspects of the toddler classroom, including curriculum implementation, classroom management, child development, family communication, and support of assistant teachers.
You will be responsible for fostering each child’s curiosity, independence, confidence, and love of learning through meaningful relationships, purposeful routines, and developmentally appropriate experiences. The ideal candidate is warm, patient, organized, enthusiastic, and committed to providing exceptional care while supporting the social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development of young children.
