Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in New Jersey seeks a Toddler Assistant Teacher to create a safe, engaging classroom where toddlers explore and build independence through discovery and play. You will design activities, maintain routines, and partner with families to support each child’s growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration with co-teachers and school leaders to ensure an exceptional early learning experience, with competitive pay and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience working in a childcare center.
  • A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an energetic and nurturingToddler Assistant Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team! Our toddler program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support every child's development through discovery and play.

As aToddler Assistant Teacher, you'll create a safe and engaging classroom where children can explore the world around them while building independence and essential early learning skills.
