Job summary

Primrose School at Oregon Park is seeking a dedicated Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our team in Marietta, GA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, supporting the Balanced Learning Curriculum and fostering curiosity and confidence in every child.

You will build genuine relationships, support language and literacy development, and maintain a well-organized classroom where children explore and learn about the world around them.

Responsibilities

• Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child.
• Help children learn about language and literacy, science, life skills, and more.
• Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
• Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
