• Willingness to follow WBWP's philosophy and curriculum guidelines.
• Flexibility and adaptability in diverse situations.
• Ability to obtain Infant Child CPR and First Aid Certification after employment.
• Strong understanding of child development principles.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily activities and assess their effectiveness for child development.
• Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Communicate with parents through casual discussions and conferences.
• Support the effective operation of the childcare center program.
• Ensure compliance with center policies and state regulations.
• Maintain a healthy, clean classroom environment with safety and hygiene standards.
