Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom routines and activities.
• Assist with diapering, feeding, and maintaining proper hygiene practices.
• Engage with children through play, conversation, and hands-on activities.
• Help create a warm, responsive, and safe classroom environment.
• Assist with implementing lesson plans and age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
• Supervise children at all times, ensuring active engagement and safety.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with team members and families.
