Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking a full-time childcare professional to care for children aged 13 months to 3 years. The role requires flexibility in hours and experience with young children, with daily tasks including diapering, meals, play, and curriculum integration under the Infant/Toddler Coordinator. NH licensing rules apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience.
• ECE credits preferred with a minimum of 3 credits in Child Growth and Development.
• High energy and ability to work well with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must clear full background check

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with children ages 13 months to 2 years
• Encourage self-help and good hygiene through behavior modeling.
• Help provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
• Help ensure smooth, daily transition from home to childcare center.
• Follow all center policies and state regulations.
• Maintain 18 hours of Professional Development yearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Communicate appropriately with families and team members
