• Manage one classroom of 2-3 year old children.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and development.
• Plan activities that promote exploration and curiosity for the appropriate ages and skills.
• Engage children in academic, sensory, neuromotor, audiomotor, and physical activities.
• Guide children through completing academic work.
• Assist children with personal hygiene before meals.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks and help those who need assistance eating.
• Ensure children are well dressed and ready for outdoor time.
• Supervise walks with the group using safe practices.
