Job summary

BrightPath Kids is hiring a Toddler Lead Teacher in Bucktown, Chicago. As part of our BrightPath family, you will work with teachers and families to create a welcoming home-like environment for children, following NAEYC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children in assigned classroom (6 weeks–12 years).
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, clean environment to support growth and exploration.
• Partner with families to plan optimal care and education.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
