Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Edison Park, IL is seeking a Lead Teacher to partner with families and colleagues to provide a loving, developmentally appropriate classroom for children from 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines. You will design engaging curricula, supervise daily activities, maintain a safe, clean environment, and communicate with parents to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field required.
• 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:
