The Goddard School Malvern is seeking a Lead Teacher for Toddler 2 1/2 - 3 Year Olds to join our caring educational team. You will coordinate daily class operations, plan engaging activities, and support parents to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Empathy and compassion for young children.
• Dependable with attendance, adaptable and collaborative.
• Associate degree or BA in ECE or related field preferred.
• CDA preferred if no Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

We are looking for an Toddler 2 1/2 - 3 Year Olds Lead Teacher to join our team. If you have experience working with children, we’d love to talk to you about a career in early childhood education.

Our Lead Teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment. Teachers work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
