Job summary

The Goddard School Malvern is seeking a Resource Assistant Teacher to join our team. This full-time/part-time role supports the Lead Teacher with engaging activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing classroom, and fostering each child’s social and emotional growth.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a caring, dependable attitude, and a willingness to further their education in early childhood. Onsite work with a supportive team and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CDA preferred.
• Pursuing an Associates Degree or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children.
• Is dependable with great attendance, adaptable and enjoys working together toward a common goal.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
