Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Lead Toddler Teacher to nurture young minds and foster their development in our vibrant early education program. The role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth, especially for preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities
  1. Create an engaging, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  2. Implement and modify age-appropriate lesson plans using our curriculum
  3. Foster a safe, positive classroom atmosphere encouraging self-expression
  4. Facilitate arts, music, storytelling, and outdoor activities for holistic development
  5. Assess and document children's progress, maintaining accurate records
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the educational experience
  7. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development
  8. Ensure safety and adhere to health regulations
Qualifications
  • Either a CDA or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education with 2 years of experience, or a Child Development Associate Credential with similar experience, or relevant college credits leading to a recognized infant/toddler credential, plus 2 years of related experience
  • Previous childcare experience is highly desirable
  • Passion for early childhood education and strong communication skills
  • Creativity, organizational skills, patience, and empathy
