Bath Area Family Ymca Master in Bath, ME is seeking a dedicated Support Toddler Teacher to supervise toddlers in the Enrichment Program and foster positive relationships with families and caregivers.

The candidate should have MRTQ level 1-3 preferred, experience with young children, knowledge of Maine Early Childhood Learning Guidelines, Creative Curriculum, and NAEYC standards, and CPR/First Aid certification. Must be 18+, pass a Maine background check, and participate in trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children.
• Familiarity with Maine Early Childhood Learning Guidelines, Creative Curriculum, and NAEYC Accreditation Standards.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to the field of early care and education.

Responsabilités

• Supervise toddler-age children in Enrichment Program.
• Assist with lesson plan implementation and activities.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Follow YMCA policies, including emergencies and child abuse prevention.
• Maintain positive relations with parents and staff.
