Responsibilities

• Develop a healthy daily/weekly rhythm and lead daily activities (circle, play, story, art, snacks, outdoor time).
• Document student progress and maintain a safe, harmonious classroom.
• Lead parent communication: class meetings, conferences, weekly updates.
• Plan, prepare, and supervise age-appropriate activities and space; collaborate with staff and director.
