Job summary

The Malvern School of Marlboro is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the Toddler classroom in Marlboro, NJ. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, offering a caring, educational environment designed to foster early learning and growth.

As part of a team, you will implement a high-quality Early Childhood Education program, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and communicate with parents using in-person meetings and technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years old.
• At least 2500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing a superior Early Childhood Education program in line with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through technology, meeting or exceeding expectations.
