Are you passionate about early childhood education and the great outdoors? We're looking for a nurturing, creative, and enthusiastic individual to join our team! At A Place to Grow, we believe children thrive when they connect with nature. Our nature-based school blends child-led learning with outdoor exploration, gardening, sensory play, and seasonal rhythms. We spend most of our day outside, rain, shine and even snow! Flexible hours!

What You'll Do

Educators are responsible for the following:

• Following NH Childcare Licensing Guidelines
• Guiding play based learning in a natural setting
• Executing curriculum

Requirements

• Age 18
• 9 credits in ECE with 3 in Growth and Dev OR Para 2 cert OR 1000 hours experience
• 3 credits in Growth and Dev OR 30 hours documented life experience with children under 5 OR 2 year vocational course in ECE
