Job summary

Kids N Us is seeking a Toddler Assistant Teacher to support an ongoing program promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for every child in our care. On-site role with a part-time schedule and training provided.

The position offers a 1:30pm-5:30pm schedule, Monday to Friday, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development. Prior experience is not required, as we are willing to train the right person.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Bring warmth, patience, and understanding to the classroom daily.
• Manage overall supervision and daily class functions for a group of children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with children, families, teachers, and staff.
• Implement school curriculum and assess developmental needs of students.
