The Learning Experience in Bushwick, NY is hiring a Toddler Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing, exploratory classroom for toddlers. You will help children develop independence and language skills through hands-on activities and structured routines.

Qualifications

• Assist with diapering, toileting, meals, rest time, and daily care routines
• Use positive guidance and consistent classroom expectations
• Observe and support children's developmental progress
• Communicate professionally with families and team members

Toddler Assistant Teacher - Early Childhood Education

The Learning Experience - Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY

Pay: $19-$21 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Bushwick is seeking an experienced Toddler Assistant Teacher who loves the energy, curiosity, and rapid development that make the toddler years so exciting.

You’ll work alongside the Lead Teacher to create a nurturing classroom filled with opportunities for children to explore, communicate, build independence, and learn through hands-on experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom routines and learning experiences
