Chesterbrook Academy in Leola, PA is seeking an energetic Toddler Teacher to nurture curiosity and development through play-based learning. You will create a safe, engaging classroom environment where toddlers explore and build independence while developing essential early learning skills.

You will design age-appropriate activities, maintain a warm daily routine, and partner with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States
