Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. Position: Toddler Assistant Teacher at Chesterbrook Academy

We are seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team! Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.

As a Toddler Assistant Teacher, you’ll guide curious little learners through hands‑on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Create engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development.
  • Foster social‑emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem‑solving.
  • Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
  • Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
