Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Philadelphia is seeking an energetic and nurturing Infant and Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood team. You’ll help create a safe, engaging classroom where children explore, learn through play, and build independence.

Design age-appropriate activities, support routines, and communicate with families. Collaborate with co-teachers and school leaders to deliver a loving, high-quality learning experience and foster each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States
