Who We're Looking For:

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Genuinely love children and have a deep desire to understand how they grow and learn

• Be patient, observant, and either Montessori certified or eager to receive Montessori training

• Be comfortable with and respectful in providing hands-on care, including diaper changes and toileting support

• Have strong communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working as part of a supportive team

• Speak Chinese—not required, but a plus!
