Job summary

Rina's Little Angels Nursery School in San Francisco, CA seeks a passionate Toddler and Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. You will design and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants to preschoolers, foster a safe, nurturing classroom, and document developmental milestones while communicating with parents daily.

Requirements include a BA in ECE or 24 ECE units for teachers, 6+ ECE units for assistants, CPR/First Aid, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers and/or preschool-aged children in an ECE setting.
• 24 ECE units or BA in ECE for teachers; 6+ ECE units for assistants.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet California state licensing requirements.

About the Role:

Rina's Little Angels Nursery School in San Francisco, CA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler and Preschool Teacher to join our growing team! If you love sparking curiosity, building early childhood foundations, and making a meaningful difference in young lives every single day, this is the role for you. Teacher must have a BA in ECE or related field or a minimum of 24 ECE units. and 1+ year minimum experience working with children from Infancy through Kindergarten age. Teacher assistants must have a minimum of 6 ECE units and are students or ECE.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants , toddler and preschool-aged children
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports early childhood development
• Monitor and document children's developmental milestones and progress
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and daily activities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning space in compliance with licensing standards
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive school culture

Requirements:

• Valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or ECE units preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff

• Ability to meet California state childcare licensing requirements
