Qualifications

• PTCB/NHA certification preferred.
• Three years of health care experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with direct patient care preferred.
• Submit materials for OH Board registration 10 days before start date.
• Computer skills for data entry; knowledge of medications and dosing.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document complete admission medication history and allergy data in the EMR.
• Assist with discharge medication process and coordination with care team.
• Facilitate TOC activities and support medication reconciliation and access.
