Osni-Ponca-LLC is seeking a Sales Associate for our smoke shop in Lincoln, NE. You will assist guests, answer questions, and maintain a clean store while upholding the brand values of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska and Osni.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, selling tobacco products and groceries, operating the POS, and balancing the till. You must verify ages, follow store policies, and contribute to achieving sales goals in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation and strive for a positive guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (cash register, scanners).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
