Job summary

True Food Kitchen Nashville is looking for a friendly to-go specialist who loves fast-paced service. You’ll take and ring in accurate orders by phone and in person, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure a smooth handoff from checkout to pickup (and delivery when needed).

This role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and teamwork. You’ll work various shifts, earn tips, and enjoy restaurant dining discounts along with access to health benefits and community volunteering opportunities.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
