Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a helping hand for our to-go and pickup service. You’ll be the go-to for taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring accuracy from phone to pickup (and delivery too). It’s fast-paced, with great tip potential, and opportunities to grow within our team.

We value hospitality, clear communication, and a love for making guests happy. AM/PM shifts are available, with part-time to full-time options in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, accurate service for to-go orders and dine-in guests.
• Maintain prompt, professional communication with customers and team members.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in order accuracy and handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Take and ring in accurate orders (phone & in person).
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Double-check every detail before the order goes out.
• Handle payments and organize the to-go station.
• Manage third-party delivery hand-offs smoothly.
• Monitor KDS system and oversee catering orders from prep to packaging.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*

• Location/state & shift dependent - Please refer to minimum and maximum hiring range for estimate of weekly earnings.
