Job summary

Howell's Kitchen & Bar in Atlanta is seeking an energetic To-Go Specialist to join our team. You will ensure every takeout order is accurate, properly packaged, and delivered with the same care as dine-in service.

Greet guests and drivers, process orders via POS, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain a clean takeout area. Flexible evenings and weekend shifts are available, with part-time opportunities and tips.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, hospitality-driven attitude.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on order accuracy.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling guest transactions.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with good communication between Front and Back of House.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant or guest service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately package and prepare takeout orders for guests and delivery drivers.
• Verify each order for accuracy, quality, and presentation.
• Greet guests and delivery drivers with friendly, professional service.
• Process takeout orders through the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized takeout station.
• Assist with answering phones and taking guest orders when needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work as part of a team to create a smooth guest experience.
