Job Summary:

We are seeking a To-Go Specialist committed to providing excellent service whether dining in or taking food to-go. This isn’t your typical pick-up window – this is WINGO!

Responsibilities:

1. Take and package to-go orders accurately and process payments.
2. Sell merchandise like gift cards, sauces, and seasonings.
3. Assist guests with menu selections and recommendations.
4. Address guest concerns or issues, escalating when necessary.
5. Keep the to-go and other areas clean and stocked.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Prior to-go or host/cashier experience is a plus but not required.
2. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
5. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
