Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is hiring a To-Go Specialist to deliver warm, attentive hospitality for off-premise orders and ensure pickup experiences match in-restaurant service. You will greet guests, verify orders, and process payments with the POS system while keeping the To-Go area organized and ready for guests.

You’ll work with the Front of House team to maintain high standards, communicate clearly, and resolve any concerns promptly, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Clear spoken and written communication.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude and teamwork.
