Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Annapolis, MD is seeking a To-Go Specialist who will ensure every off-premise order is prepared with care, accuracy, and hospitality.

You will greet guests, manage pick-up experiences, and collaborate with the Front of House team to maintain high service standards. No prior restaurant experience is required; training is provided to develop hospitality skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Basic math for order totals and change.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-focused attitude and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Collaborates with team to deliver smooth pickup experience.
• Adheres to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation and be 18+ for FOH roles.

Responsibilities

• Resolve order concerns quickly with leadership input.
• Ensure guests leave feeling appreciated and well cared for.
• Work with the Front of House team to support service.

As a To-Go Specialist, you’ll play a key Front of House role, ensuring every off-premise order is prepared with the same care, accuracy, and hospitality as in‑restaurant dining.
