Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure every off-premise order is prepared with the same care as dine-in service.

You will greet guests, enter orders, process payments, and maintain a clean To-Go area, delivering warm, professional service by phone and in person.

No restaurant experience is required—extensive training and opportunities for advancement are provided, with flexible schedules and growth across new store openings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more per day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset and positive interaction with guests.
• Reliability and transportation to work.
• 18+ age for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.

As a To-Go Specialist, you’ll play a key Front of House role, ensuring every off-premise order is prepared with the same care, accuracy, and hospitality as in‑restaurant dining.
