Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure every off-premise order is prepared with the same care as in-restaurant dining. You will deliver warm hospitality, greet guests for pickups, and verify order accuracy while using the POS system.

You'll work with the Front of House team to support smooth service and ensure guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes training, development, and opportunities for advancement in a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions.

As a To-Go Specialist, you’ll play a key Front of House role, ensuring every off-premise order is prepared with the same care, accuracy, and hospitality as in-restaurant dining.
