Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to deliver warm hospitality for off-premise orders, ensuring accuracy and a seamless pickup experience.

You will enter orders, process payments on the POS, maintain a clean To-Go area, and collaborate with the Front of House team to support smooth service. Training and growth opportunities are strong.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and adherence to safety procedures.
• 18+ age requirement for FOH roles.

As a To-Go Specialist, you’ll play a key Front of House role, ensuring every off-premise order is prepared with the same care, accuracy, and hospitality as in-restaurant dining.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.

• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.

• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds

• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members

• Must have reliable transportation
• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions
