Responsibilities

• Smiles, greets each customer, uses name when possible, and provides prompt, friendly service.
• Exhibit behaviors aligning with Food Lion's values and strategy.
• Assist customers with To-Go orders and pickup.
• Scan, bag, and label purchases efficiently following policy.
• Verify IDs for alcohol sales and follow store procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized checkout area and assist teammates.
• Complete CBT and training courses as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
