Job summary

Goode Company is hiring a To-Go Server in Houston to coordinate accurate, well-presented off-premise orders and deliver the same welcoming hospitality inside the restaurant.

You will handle takeout, delivery orders, and packaging, while confirming modifications, timing, and payment details with guests and teams. This role requires accuracy, reliability, and strong POS skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, fulfillment, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy, organization, communication, and POS skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive orders while remaining hospitable.
• Dependable attendance and careful handling of food and payments.
• Food Handler Certification

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, verify, package, stage, and hand off takeout and delivery orders accurately.
• Confirm modifications, allergies, timing, payment, and guest contact information.
• Check every order for completeness, temperature protection, presentation, and required accompaniments.
• Communicate with culinary teams, drivers, delivery partners, and managers as conditions change.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked pickup and packaging area.
• Resolve routine guest questions and escalate concerns promptly.
