• Ensures guests receive a friendly welcome and goodbye during ordering and pickup
• Answers calls and takes orders with proper phone etiquette
• Knows menu to accurately take and place orders
• Organizes and packages orders with accuracy
• Coordinates with Back of House staff to complete orders
• Provides accurate quotes on order completion times to guests
• Understands online and mobile app ordering systems
• Uses POS to place orders, process To-Go sales, and handle payments
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures
• Demonstrates teamwork at all times
