Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry out operations. You will ensure high standards of food quality and service, and provide guests with Legendary Food and Legendary Service both for to-go and dine-in experiences.

Responsibilities include taking orders, packaging accurately, and using POS systems, while maintaining great teamwork and knowledge of the menu. Competitive benefits apply after service eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of the menu to accurately take and place orders.
• Strong organization and accuracy for packaging orders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Back of House staff.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a welcoming and goodbye when placing and picking up orders.
• Answer calls with proper phone etiquette and take orders accurately.
• Know the menu to accurately take and place orders.
• Package orders with strong organization and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Back of House to complete orders.
• Provide accurate quotes on order completion times.
