Qualifications

• Must be able to warmly greet and farewell guests placing/picking up orders.
• Know menu well to accurately take and place orders.
• Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
• Accurately quote wait times and assist guests with timing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest receives a legendary welcome and goodbye.
• Answer calls and take orders with professional etiquette.
• Know the menu to take accurate orders and upsell where appropriate.
• Package orders with organization and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Back of House to complete orders.
• Use POS to process To-Go sales, gift cards, and payments.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
