Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations and uphold Legendary Food and Legendary Service. This role focuses on accurate order taking, packaging, and efficient service for dine-in and To-Go guests.

Responsibilities include using POS, coordinating with back-of-house, and providing quotes on order times. The position offers a weekly pay cycle and a robust rewards package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to answer calls and take orders with proper etiquette.
• Familiar with menu to accurately place orders.
• Accurate packaging and order accuracy.
• Teamwork with BOH and management.
• Experience with POS system and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a legendary welcome and goodbye during order placement and pickup.
• Answer phones politely and take orders.
• Know the menu to accurately take and place orders.
• Package orders with accuracy and care.
• Collaborate with Back of House to complete orders.
• Provide accurate quotes on order completion times to guests.
• Operate online and mobile app ordering systems.
• Use POS to place orders and process sales and payments.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate teamwork at all times.
