Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations, maintain high food quality standards, and deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service for To-Go guests.

You will handle order taking, packing, and pickup experiences, using the POS system, and collaborating with Restaurant Managers on timing and quotes, while ensuring accurate orders and excellent guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant service.
• Strong phone etiquette when taking orders.
• Knowledgeable of menu to accurately take and place orders.
• Accurate packaging of orders with attention to detail.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and goodbye during order placement and pickup.
• Answer calls and take orders with proper phone etiquette.
• Know the menu to accurately take and place orders.
• Package orders with organization and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Back of House to complete orders and meet quotes when needed.
• Use POS system to place To-Go orders, process payments, and manage gift cards.
• Support online and mobile ordering systems and provide fast, friendly service.
