Job summary

Food Lion in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Store Associate to provide fast, friendly service and meet Food Lion customer service standards. You will assist the To-Go Lead, support in picking and packing online orders, and help maintain a clean, efficient store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating designated tools, scanning and bagging purchases, handling IDs for alcohol, lifting items, and following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and operate store equipment.
• Must meet minimum age requirements, when applicable.
