Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

• Must meet minimum age requirements, when applicable, to perform specific job functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide prompt, accurate, friendly service.
• Assist customers picking up online orders and substitutes items when requested.
• Scan, bag, and label purchases efficiently while following store policies.
• Verify IDs for alcohol sales and observe relevant store policies.
• Maintain clean, neat appearance and wear Food Lion uniform with name badge.
• Support the To-Go Lead in operating the To-Go area and computer-based training.
• Assist with stocking, ordering, and basic store duties as needed.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness, report any issues to QA and management.
